Lucy is an author, keynote speaker, CEO of Cornell Voice and Founder of The Amplify Alliance. For the past 20 years, she has been empowering the voices of business leaders, legal advocates and social change advocates globally.

Lucy has a rare qualification as 1 of 400 Linklater trained voice teachers in the world - a 5 year post-graduate apprenticeship with Master Voice teacher, Kristin Linklater in the USA.

Lucy has extensive academic and practical experience with voice master teachers from the Royal Shakespeare Company (UK) and as an actor and teacher at Shakespeare and Company (USA). She also holds a Masters of Applied Science in Voice Research (U.Sydney) and a Bachelor of Arts/Education (UNSW).

Over 20 years as the CEO of Cornell Voice, Lucy has developed deep, trusted relationships with many of Australia’s well known businesses, working closely with their executives at the most senior levels. Lucy helps business cultures evolve by devising strategies and embedding practical skills to empower the voices of their people and to create a safe place to speak up. Lucy has built a vast network of international business relationships and has a loyal clientele in the USA. She leads a team of 5 handpicked, elite voice coaches spanning Australia, USA and Italy.

As a keynote speaker, Lucy has spoken in 18 countries to tens of thousands of business professionals, enabling them to connect and engage with their audiences with an authentic voice; one that demonstrates presence, credibility, persuasive power, confidence and vision. Lucy spent 10 years as a keynote speaker and main stage speaker trainer for Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), working with CEOs of global organisations in Istanbul, Barcelona, USA, Pakistan, Dubai, Oman, South East Asia, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand.

Believing in the power of law as fundamental to civil society, Lucy teaches legal advocates globally. She founded and leads a voice coaching team for legal advocacy courses run by the Australian Bar Association, State Bars and DPP. She is a voice coach and speaker for the Australian Judiciary. She has taught voice for court advocacy programs in 6 other jurisdictions including South Africa, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, USA, the UK and the International Advocacy Training Council. Lucy is a regular skills provider for many of the top-tier law firms in Australia.
